NO CHANGE TO HEALTHCARE COVERAGE

Today, Justice Williams has upheld, in part, Judge Pfeiffer's order blocking the City of Providence from changing to United Healthcare pending arbitration.

As a result of this decision, your Blue Cross coverage will remain in effect until further notice.

If you have any questions, you may contact Blue Cross at 401- 459-5000,
ext. 5-Enrollment Agent or 1-800-639-2227 ext. 5-Enrollment Agent.

However, as of January 1st, CVS Caremark will be managing our prescription plan. You must use the CVS Caremark card that you received in the mail to purchase any prescriptions starting January 1, 2009. There will be no change to your co pays or prescription coverage.
